Booking Concierge. All VIP members receive booking concierge services. We book your appointments for you so you can enjoy having one less task on your to do list. As your personal assistant, we contact you to ensure you remain on schedule with your hair care routine.
Growth Treatments
VIP Members receive exclusive hair growth benefits. Each month VIPs get to enjoy one service upgrade with one of our Hollisitic Haircare Treatments: Flaxseed Gel PrePoo or an Aloe Sonic Scalp Massage with Steam. This service is performed to give our VIPs a boost in their hairgrowth journeys.
Flexible Scheduling
VIP Members receive flexible scheduling during Holiday months and select occasions as a bonus to their perks. For instance, VIPs get to book select off days at times, no additional cost.
Zelle Payments
VIP Members get to pay their balances with Zelle at time of visit. No card processing fees or running to the bank for cash; an easy checkout experience.
How to Become a Member
We take pride in curating a membership community of dedicated clients who value exceptional hair care and personalized service. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we've established a thoughtful selection process for membership eligibility.
Our exclusive program extends invites to qualified ladies on the waitlist once openings become available.
Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for the VIP Program, clients must meet the following criteria:
- Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Service History:
-For Luxury Class - No prior service history is required. Perfect for new clients ready to begin their journey.
-For Premium and Elite Class - Clients must have been serviced at least three times within the last six months to qualify.

Our Process
Step 1: Join the Waitlist
Get on the waitlist then complete your member application to share your hair goals and preferences to help us understand your needs.
Step 2: Review and Selection
Our team will review all submissions to ensure alignment with the program's values and benefits.

Once approved, eligible clients will receive a welcome email with instructions to finalize their enrollment and learn how to begin using perks and benefits.

Why wasn't I chosen for membership if I'm qualified?
Our membership selection process is highly competitive, as we only accept a certain number of members to maintain a personalized experience. While eligibility requirements are a key factor, other considerations include:
- Seniority with the Salon: Clients who have been with us longer may receive priority.
- Frequency of Visits: Clients with more consistent appointment history may be selected over those with fewer visits.
If you weren't selected this time, we encourage you to stay connected. You'll have priority when membership slots open again.
Can I reapply if I'm not selected?
Yes! If you aren't selected during this round, you're welcome to reapply during the next enrollment period. Make sure to maintain regular appointments to strengthen your eligibility.
