Terms of Service
High-Class Curls LLC & Luxe Society Membership
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all clients of High-Class Curls LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), a Texas-based limited liability company operating under JL Ascendance Holdings LLC. By booking a salon service, enrolling in a Luxe Society membership, or submitting payment through our booking or billing platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book or receive services. By booking, you confirm that all information submitted is accurate and true. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in refusal of service or permanent ban from future services. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any reason at any time.
The Luxe Society is a paid membership program offering exclusive benefits, including priority booking, fee waivers, and premium service access. Membership fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis via credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer. By enrolling, you authorize High-Class Curls LLC to charge your selected payment method monthly. All membership fees are non-refundable, even if services are not redeemed.
High-Class Curls operates as a cashless salon. Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit/Debit Card (5% transaction fee on remaining balances)
- Buy Now, Pay Later via Stripe (subject to approval)
- ACH Bank Transfer — available for Luxe Society members only
- No-Fee Auto Checkout for clients enrolled in ACH auto-draft billing
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Cash, personal checks, and peer-to-peer payment apps (e.g., Zelle, Cash App) are not accepted.
To secure an appointment, a deposit may be required depending on your membership tier. Deposits are non-refundable and may be forfeited in the event of cancellation or missed appointments.
Clients who cancel less than 72 hours before a scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee. Changes made to a booking more than 5 days after scheduling may be subject to a service change fee. Unpaid balances may result in a hold on future appointments.
All payments for services, memberships, and booking deposits are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for missed or unused appointments. In the event of a salon-initiated cancellation, clients may receive a credit via e-gift card valid for future use. This credit is issued at the discretion of High-Class Curls LLC.
Your submission of personal information through our platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.highclasscurls.com. All client data is handled with confidentiality and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
All content, branding, and materials on our website or provided in connection with our services are the intellectual property of High-Class Curls LLC. You may not reproduce, resell, or share any portion of our materials without written permission.
High-Class Curls LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service delays, allergic reactions, dissatisfaction, or any other incident related to service delivery. Our maximum liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service in question.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before legal proceedings are initiated. The exclusive venue for any legal action shall be Harris County, Texas.
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and High-Class Curls LLC. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
