Official Salon & Membership Policy

High-Class Curls is an LLC-operated salon business. By booking a service or enrolling in a membership, you agree to the policies outlined by High-Class Curls LLC.

LEGAL RIGHTS OF SERVICE

We love all of our curly girls and boys. However, our brand is specifically designed to cater to women aged 18 years or older. All clients must be 18 years or older to book a visit and be serviced at High-Class Curls Salon. Additional guests are not permitted inside the salon, including children and spouses.

By booking this appointment, you certify you are 18 years of age.

Booking for Someone: If you'd like to book for a family or friend, you must create a separate account. All clients must be booked under their own name.

Photo & Video: We provide real proof client transformations to give an honest look inside our expertise. Photo & video of your hair may be taken for progress, transformation, educational content, online media, and website visuals. You may choose to decline your face being shown in photos & videos published on sites, social media, and educational content.

Service Refusal: If unpleasant or discomforting behavior is presented, verbally or physically, to a fellow client or any member of the HCC family, you will no longer be allowed services with High-Class Curls. You may be blocked from services and/or a service refusal notice may be sent. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

*Theft of Service is a misdemeanor offense, Texas Penal Code 31.04, and you will be held legally accountable if committed.*

HAIR CARE CONSULTATIONS & REFERRALS

At High-Class Curls, our goal is to provide expert guidance to help you reach your hair goals. To ensure every client gets the best personalized advice, we offer dedicated consultations for:

- Custom Hair Care Plans (routine, product recommendations, styling techniques)
- Specialist Referrals (dermatologists, colorists, braiders, locticians, micro-links specialists, wig specialists, and ponytail specialists)

Please note: General hair care advice and referrals will not be provided during salon visits. If you need expert guidance, please book one of the following:

- The Curly Blueprint - full in-person analysis & treatment

SCHEDULING, DEPOSITS, & PAYMENTS

VIP members, The Luxe Society, book before non-members during our priority scheduling period. Non-members may not request scheduling ahead of the booking period due to VIP member priority booking.

A non-refundable deposit is due immediately for all style and treatment services to secure your appointment request. If canceled instead of rescheduled, deposit is forfeited.

Deposits by Tier:
- Non-member | 50% Deposit
- Luxury Class VIP | 25% Deposit
- Premium Class VIP | No Deposit
- Elite Class VIP | No Deposit

All premium services, classes, memberships, packages, early bird & off-day requests are due in full upfront.
*Early Bird and Off-Day requests are exclusive to VIP members. Non-members may not request off-day and early bird services.*

TIME OF SERVICE CHANGES

There are no late fees, but an ETA is appreciated if running behind. Your service may be altered if it causes a delayed start time for the next client; original balance is still required.
If too late to be serviced, the appointment will be canceled and the original balance will still be required.

Hair must be taken down and detangled upon arrival unless the detangle add-on is selected. A $40 fee may be applied for matted or tangled hair.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE, & DOWNGRADE

If canceled 72 hours or less from your appointment date, a late cancellation fee is due immediately and any deposit made is forfeited.

Service changes must be made within 7 days of booking. Otherwise, a $25 fee is applied to reschedule or downgrade. *Fee is not credited toward balance.

If an appointment is cancelled 7 days or later from booking, a $25 fee applies.

- Non-member | $90
- Luxury Class | $90
- Premium Class | $90
- Elite Class | $60

REFUNDS, EXPECTATIONS, AND WAIT TIME

We aim to ensure your service and style deliver beautiful results each visit. Results vary depending on texture, length, thickness, and hair health.

You may be eligible for a deposit credit via e-gift card if wait time exceeds 60 minutes or if you cancel within 72 hours of booking. Valid for 30 days.

If the owner must cancel due to injury or emergency, you’ll receive a deposit credit valid for 3 months. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances outside of salon-initiated cancellations or billing errors.
We are happy to offer e-gift credit in select situations when notified within the outlined terms.

PRESCRIPTIONS & SPECIAL PRODUCTS

Clients may bring prescription products (e.g., shampoo, ointments, oils) but must include the 'bringing prescription products' add-on during booking. Non-prescription products are not permitted. We are fully equipped with high-quality products to support your healthy hair journey.

MEMBERSHIP AUTO-DRAFT TERMS

The Luxe Society is a membership-based experience. All memberships are auto-drafted on a recurring basis based on your selected tier. Members are responsible for ensuring their payment method is active and up to date.

Auto-drafts are processed via credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer. By enrolling in a membership, you authorize High-Class Curls LLC to charge your account automatically each billing cycle.

Membership payments are non-refundable, even if services are not redeemed. If billing fails or a charge is disputed, your membership and VIP privileges will be paused until resolved.

PAYMENTS

High-Class Curls accepts cash and secure, digital payment methods.

Accepted forms of payment include:
- Credit/Debit Card (5% transaction fee on balances)
- Buy Now, Pay Later via Stripe (subject to approval)

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Personal checks, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and Cash App are not accepted.
