Official Salon & Membership Policy


High-Class Curls is an LLC-operated, appointment-only salon experience. By booking a service or enrolling in a membership, you agree to the following policies. These guidelines are in place to maintain a consistent, elevated experience for every client while protecting the time, preparation, and structure required to deliver high-quality service.

LEGAL RIGHTS OF SERVICE
High-Class Curls is a private salon experience designed for women 18 years or older. All clients must be 18+ to receive services.
To maintain a focused and elevated environment, additional guests are not permitted inside the salon, including children and spouses.
Each client must have their own account. Appointments may not be booked under another client’s name.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time due to inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.

Photo and video content may be captured for educational, marketing, and branding purposes. Clients may request to exclude their face from any published content.

HAIR CARE CONSULTATIONS & REFERRALS
To provide intentional and personalized care, consultations are offered separately for:
-Custom hair care plans
-Product and routine recommendations

-Service recommendations and guidance

Specialist referrals
Hair care advice is not provided during standard appointments. Clients seeking guidance should book a consultation service to receive dedicated time and recommendations.

SCHEDULING, DEPOSITS, & PAYMENTS
VIP members receive priority access to booking.
A non-refundable deposit (when applicable) is required to reserve your appointment time.

Deposit Policy

  • Deposit credit may be used to reschedule if canceled within 7 days of booking; a 30-day credit applies
  • After 7 days from booking, deposit credits are secured to original appointment only; change fee applies if changes made
  • Deposit may not roll over into a new booking period unless credit was issued within 7-day window of booking
  • Deposit credits may be applied toward a different service
  • If a higher deposit is required, the remaining balance will be charged immediately upon rescheduling
  • If an appointment is canceled instead of rescheduled, the deposit is forfeited

Deposit Structure
Non-members: 50% deposit required
Luxury Class: 25% deposit required
Premium & Elite Members: No deposit required
All services, memberships, and specialty bookings must be paid according to the terms presented at booking.

TIME OF SERVICE
Clients are expected to arrive on time to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience.
If you arrive late:
-Your service may be adjusted to avoid delays for the next client
-The full service cost will still apply

If you are too late to be serviced, your appointment will be canceled and handled according to the cancellation policy.
Hair must be properly detangled prior to arrival unless a detangling add-on is selected. Additional fees may apply for excessive detangling.

APPOINTMENT CHANGES, RESCHEDULING, & SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
Change Window
Appointments may be modified within 7 days of booking.

After 7 days:
A $25 change fee will apply to all reschedules and service downgrades

Premium & Elite Member Guidelines:

To maintain scheduling efficiency and proper service preparation:
-Appointments may be rescheduled once per booking period
-Services may be downgraded once per booking period
-A $25 change fee applies to all changes, including same-day requests
Additional changes beyond this limit may require cancellation and rebooking, subject to applicable cancellation fees.

Same-Day Changes
Same-day service changes, including downgrades or style modifications, are not guaranteed.
All services are prepared in advance to ensure the highest quality experience.
If a same-day change is approved:
-A $25 change fee will apply
-Original service pricing may still be required if preparation has already been completed

Service Finalization Policy
Service selections are finalized 72 hours prior to your appointment. Any changes made within 72 hours, including same-day adjustments or downgrades, will not reduce the original service balance.

CANCELLATIONS
Appointments must be canceled within 7 days of booking to avoid a cancellation fee and utilize deposit credit, if applicable.
If canceled within 72 hours:
The deposit is forfeited (if applicable)

A late cancellation fee will be charged:
-Standard clients & Premium members: $115
-Elite members: $75

If canceled ahead of the 72-hour window, but after the 7-day grace period:
-The deposit is forfeited; no additional fee applies
-Premium & Elite members: $45 cancel fee applies

REFUNDS, EXPECTATIONS, & WAIT TIME
All services and payments are non-refundable.
Results may vary based on hair texture, density, length, and overall hair health.
If the salon must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a deposit credit will be issued.

Extended Wait Times
If wait time exceeds 60 minutes:
-A deposit credit will be issued
-Credit is valid for 30 days

PAYMENTS
All balances and invoices must be paid in full.
Accepted payment methods:
-Credit/Debit Card
-Cash
-Approved Buy Now, Pay Later options via Stripe
All digital payments are processed securely through Stripe.

The following payment methods are not accepted:
-Cash App (direct send)
-Apple Pay (direct send)
-Zelle
-Venmo
-PayPal
-Personal checks
-Bartering

MEMBERSHIP TERMS (LUXE SOCIETY)
Memberships are billed automatically based on your selected plan.
By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges.
-Payments are non-refundable
-Members are responsible for maintaining an active payment method

Late Membership Payments
If a membership payment is more than 5 days late:
-Membership may be canceled
-Deposit policy will be enforced
-A non-member deposit must be paid within 24 hours to keep any scheduled appointment
Failure to complete the deposit may result in appointment cancellation.

MEMBERSHIP CONSIDERATION & APPROVAL
Luxe Society membership is a curated experience designed for clients who are aligned with the High-Class Curls approach to hair care, consistency, and overall salon experience.
Booking an appointment does not guarantee membership eligibility.

Clients may be invited to join Luxe Society based on:
-Consistency with appointments
-Alignment with salon policies and expectations
-Overall service experience and fit

Membership is extended by invitation or approval only. High-Class Curls reserves the right to accept or decline membership at its discretion to maintain the integrity of the experience.

Continued membership is also dependent on maintaining alignment with salon policies and expectations.
