What happens if I cancel and want to come back later?
If you cancel your membership and want to rejoin, you'll need to reapply and join the waitlist. However, please not that your previous spot will no longer be reserved and rejoining will depend on availability. We recommend the pause option if you plan to return within a short timeframe.

Yes! You may pause or cancel. Life happens, and we understand that you may need a break from time to time. You may step back temporarily while staying connected to the benefits that matter most.

Yes! Members can request a tier change between 24-72 hours before renewal. If you'd like to make a change any other time, contact us directly to discuss options.

Yes! If all spots are filled, you can join our waitlist. As spots become available, we will notify waitlisted clients based on eligibility and seniority.

How will I know if I'm approved?
Once your application is reviewed, you'll receive an email within 3 business days letting you know whether you've been approved. If approved, the email will include instructions to finalize your membership.
What if I miss a month of my complimentary Growth Treatment services?
Unfortunately, unused services do not roll over, so be sure to take advantage of your perks each month.
What if I can't use a benefit one month? Does it roll over?
Benefits like the complimentary add-on service do not roll over if unused. This policy helps ensure members take full advantage of their benefits each month.
What happens if I miss a payment?
A missed payment may result in suspension of benefits until your account is up to date. You are given a 3-day grace period to recover your balance due if your payment fails or is late.
Can I share my membership benefits with someone else?
Membership benefits are exclusive to the enrolled client and cannot be shared or transferred.
What is I decide I no longer want to be a member?
You may cancel your membership at any time. Refunds will not be issued for early termination on an annual plan. If on an annual plan, we will apply the remaining value of your membership as a credit toward future services in the salon.
