Which service is right for me?

Each service is designed for different needs:

  • The Express Mini Consult (Email Consult) - Best if you want quick answers to a specific hair care concern.
  • The Savvy Natural (Virtual Consult)- Best if you want personalized hair guidance from the comfort of your home.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

  • For Virtual Sessions (Savvy Natural): Have good lighting, a stable internet connection, and be prepared to discuss your hair history and routine.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

We understand that life happens! To reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 72hrs to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

The cancellation and rescheduling policy is shown to you during your booking process and is reiterated in your confirmation email, sent before the 72 hour mark.

When will I receive my hair analysis report and product recommendations?

For services that include a hair & scalp analysis or product recommendations, expect a detailed PDF report emailed within 3-4 business days after your session.

What if I have specific hair concerns?

That's exactly why these services exist! Whether it's dryness, breakage, product confusion, or styling struggles, your consultation will be tailored to your unique hair needs. During your session, we'll create a plan specifically designed for your hair goals.

What products and tools do you use?

We prioritize high-quality, professional-grade hair care products that are safe, effective, and tailored to natural curls. We will also recommend curated products that align with your specific hair type and concerns.

How do I book a service?

It's easy! Click the button below to book your session and take the first step toward healthier hair. You'll submit your payment then fill out the questionnaire immediately after. An email with further information will be sent to you after your questionnaire form has been submitted.

What days are you available?

For Premium Salon Services, we currently accept appointments on Mondays thru Thursday.
