Which service is right for me?

Each service is designed for different needs:

• The Savvy Natural (Virtual Consult)- Best if you want personalized hair guidance from the comfort of your home.
• The Curl BluePrint (Evaluation Consult) - Perfect if you need an in depth hair & scalp analysis and a custom plan to follow.
• The Curl Mastery Experience (Hands-On Session) - Ideal if you want a fully guided, hands-on session to master your wash and styling routine.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

• For Virtual Sessions (Savvy Natural): Have good lighting, a stable internet connection, and be prepared to discuss your hair history and routine.
• For In-Person Sessions (Curly BluePrint & Curl Mastery Experience): Arrive with detangled, dry hair in its natural state (no heavy oils or grease) for the most accurate hair& scalp assessment.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

We understand that life happens! To reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 72hrs to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

The cancellation and rescheduling policy is shown to you during your booking process and is reiterated in your confirmation email, sent before the 72 hour mark.

When will I receive my hair analysis report and product recommendations?

For services that include a hair & scalp analysis or product recommendations, expect a detailed PDF report emailed within 3-4 business days after your session.

What happens in The Curl Mastery Experience?

This is a done-with-you session, meaning you'll receive hands-on guidance to master washing, conditioning, and styling your own hair. We'll go through step-by-step techniques, including product application, detangling, and styling for long-lasting results.

Bonus: You'll receive 3 months of access to a self-paced Wash-Day Mini Course and 30 days of follow-up support after your session.

What if I have specific hair concerns?

That's exactly why these services exist! Whether it's dryness, breakage, product confusion, or styling struggles, your consultation will be tailored to your unique hair needs. During your session, we'll create a plan specifically designed for your hair goals.

What products and tools do you use?

We prioritize high-quality, professional-grade hair care products that are safe, effective, and tailored to natural curls. We will also recommend curated products that align with your specific hair type and concerns.

Do I need to bring anything to my in-person session?

Nope! We provide all products, tools, and styling materials needed for your session. Just bring yourself and an open mind to learn and transform your hair care routine!

For Premium Salon Services, we currently only accept appointments on Tuesdays. All other days are reserved for hair styling and treatment services.
