As a retired dancer, half-marathon runner, and plant-based enthusiast...my wellness journey is rooted in movement, endurance, and a passion for cultivating a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

Being in the beauty service industry for 22 years has heavily influenced my personal dedication to helping women thrive mentally and emotionally.

Being on performance teams for most of my life has given me the passion to help other women move their bodies and feel confident in their natural beauty at every stage of life.

I understand how hard it can be to take control of your health when your close family, friends, or partner's diet/fitness habits don't align with your goals.

It can feel isolating to change when your loved ones are on a different path. That's why I've created a space to help you succeed with support.

Honey, I Love to MOVE!

Growing up I was passionately immersed in movement since childhood, starting as a cheerleader, then trained dancer, and later endurance runner. Dance has been a form of physical expression and stress relief since I was a little girl.

To this day, I can always count on dance to uplift my spirits and give me that "freeing" feeling anytime I need a release. From 5th grade to college, dance had been my main form of movement and exercise.

Performing in front of thousands taught me the discipline, flexibility, and competence I carry in my life today when it comes to my wellness routines.

Run. Stretch. Dance.

Although I love to dance more than anything, as I became a Mom I found myself more in tune with keeping my body fit through running and stretching...I dance for fun now!

I ran Junior Olympics in 3rd grade, then focused more on dance and cheer followed by Cross-Country in high school. In college, I continued my love for dance and ran leisurely on my own.

Currently, I'm an active endurance runner, running on avg 10-15 miles a week with my local run club during training season and about 5 miles a week off season.

I've completed three half-marathons and continue to challenge myself in the sport...it has greatly benefited my mental and physical well-being.

Unrecognizable.

A positive pregnancy test in January 2022 led me to depression. I was not ready to be a single mother of two.

Confused and scared, I began living on auto-pilot...numb to life. My son took that photo of me off guard and when I saw it the next day I was a bucket of tears. I couldn't believe I was that size. I didn't know who I was anymore. So much of my life had changed unwillingly, I felt Unrecognizable.

Because I hadn't recognized the woman in the mirror for so long, I gave up. That photo made me see myself in a different light. It made me decide I wanted to change. I wanted to love myself again. I wanted to Like the woman in the mirror, and feel like "I'm Her."

After a lot of prayer and journaling, I began my wellness journey March 2023.

I began practicing a plant-based lifestyle and moving my body every day in May 2023. By July, I gave up meat and dairy. By September, I had lost 30 lbs.

Plant-Based Living + Personal Transformation

For almost 2 years now, I've embraced a plant-based lifestyle, focusing on nourishing my body with majority whole foods. I am not 100% vegan, although, my diet is 90% vegan.

After birthing two children, I lost 30 pounds in just 4-months by combining my plant-based lifestyle with daily movement and mindfulness practices. This transformation not only enhanced my physical health, but renewed my energy and mental clarity, allowing me to keep the weight off, show up fully for myself, and my family.
